Ingredients: Unbleached All-Purpose Flour (US-grown Non-GMO Hard Red Wheat Flour), Filtered Water, Buttermilk, Rolled Oats, Blackstrap Molasses, Oat Bran, Yeast, Unsalted Butter, Sea Salt, Cacao Powder, and Espresso Powder.
The average loaf weight is 1.5 lbs.
