My Molasses Oat Specialty Bread has whole-grain goodness throughout the loaf. Made with whole buttermilk plus a generous amount of rich molasses gives, this loaf a wonderful flavor. I’ve added Cacao and Espresso to darken the loaf naturally. This bread is your start to a great sandwich! Like all Edward’s artisan bread, this Maple Oat Specialty Bread is made from scratch in small batches for the most exquisite taste.
Ingredients: Unbleached All-Purpose Flour (US-grown Non-GMO Hard Red Wheat Flour), Filtered Water, Buttermilk, Rolled Oats, Molasses, Oat Bran, Yeast, Unsalted Butter, Sea Salt, Cacao Powder, and Espresso Powder.
The average loaf weight is 1.5 lbs.
