My Sourdough English Muffins have the classic grilled crust with a soft inside. The 15-hour fermentation process makes these muffins full of flavor. I cut the muffins to a generous size, making them great for a breakfast sandwich or used as a burger bun. Like all Edward’s artisan bread, my Sourdough Bagels are made from scratch in small batches for the most exquisite taste.
