My Apple Pie is an award-winning classic! When I lived in New York, this pie was awarded a spot to be sold at a Brooklyn dinner. I’ve added just enough spices so as not to hide the flavor of the local Maine apples. It is great cold or warmed up with a side of ice cream! Like all Edward’s artisan Pies, my Two Crust Apple Pie is made from scratch in small batches for the most exquisite taste.
