My Sourdough Bagels have the classic bagel pull and chew with a soft inside. The 15-hour fermentation process makes these bagels full of flavor. We’ve kept the ingredients simple, making it a Vegan choice. Like all Edward’s artisan bread, my Sourdough Bagels are made from scratch in small batches for the most exquisite taste. (Baker Note: I wanted the buyer to know that I use natural flaked sea salt sprinkled on the top of these bagels. Because of this natural product, during humid days, the salt attracts the humidity, which causes the salt to dissolve and causes water droplets on the bagel.)
