My Signature Ginger Snaps is a childhood favorite! They are an excellent treat for any time of the day! Like all Edward’s artisan goodies, my Signature Ginger Snaps are made from scratch in small batches for the most exquisite taste. Before baking, I’ve added a dusting of cane sugar, giving them a crispy edge and a soft middle.
The approximate size is 4” in diameter.
