My Seasonal Pies

All of my seasonal pies are made with locally grown fruit when I can get it. The crust and the oat crumble are made from scratch with the simplest natural ingredients. I use a non-hydrogenated palm shortening in the crusts, and I add just enough spice to enhance the fruit. It possibly will be the best pie you'll ever have.
