My Sourdough Bagels have the classic bagel pull and chew with a soft inside. The 15-hour fermentation process makes these bagels full of flavor. We’ve kept the ingredients simple, allowing it to be a Vegan choice. Like all Edward’s artisan bread, my Sourdough Bagels are made from scratch in small batches for the most exquisite taste.

Ingredients: Bagel Ingredients: Unbleached All-Purpose Flour (US-grown Non-GMO Hard Red Wheat Flour), Filtered Water, Pure Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Yeast.

The average bagel size is 4.25″. unsliced.

If your planning to ship your order, I ship it in a box that can accommodate 12+ bagels. Please order accordingly.
